NYLO Hotel

The NYLO hotel is a conventional business hotel that has an added style and modern feel to average accommodations. The hotel is ideal for business travelers because its ultramodern facilities are geared to make fast paced people comfortable. The hotel furnishes its 200 guest rooms and 5 suites with modern amenities such as iPod docking stations, flat screen television, and comfortable beds. All of the guestrooms are also certified PURE Allergy Friendly Rooms, and the additional hotel facilities include a gorgeous outdoor pool, on-site Loft restaurant, and meeting rooms. Happy Hour specials are also a delight at the hotel, while live entertainment is present for those who are bored.

Removable adaptor allows a snug fit on flat and rolled lip 2″ and 2-5/16″ couplers. Durable, exterior grade powder coat finish. Double-sided automotive style key makes for easy insertion and removal. Shuttered key opening prevents clogging and freezing. Uses standard DeadBolt key codes. Fits 2″ and 2-5/16″ lip-engaging, trigger style couplers. Fits BOTH flat and rolled lip style. Coupler should have flat or rolled lip around the bottom. Maximum lip width: 4-1/2″.

Fact is- all of these exceptionally talented individuals have diabetes.

According to the American Diabetes Association, 25.8 million Americans have diabetes. Of these 25.8 million diabetics, 18.8 million people have been diagnosed with diabetes and about 7 million remain undiagnosed. Currently about 8.3 % of the population in the USA is diabetic. From these statistics we can see that diabetes is a common condition.

The greatest health challenge for diabetics is that they must always keep their blood glucose levels within a certain range, so diabetics need to check their blood glucose levels with a glucose meter several times a day. Glucose meters measures glucose levels in the blood and gives a reading that is displayed on a screen. Poor management of blood glucose levels by diabetics can cause serious ailments like heart disease, stroke and kidney disease.

Currently virtually all glucose meters in use by diabetics require a droplet of blood for use in testing. This is painful and unhygienic and makes life more difficult for diabetics. One company, Sensivida Medical Technologies, has set out to change the blood glucose test by using highly advanced technology that is completely painless and bloodless.

At the time when Sensivida approached CG Rendering they had already proven up much of technology for their proposed glucose meter. However, to continue development of this project they needed to raise funds for more R&D. To this end Sensivida hired us to create an attractive design for their glucose meter, and then to render this design to make this potential future product as life-like as possible. Using our renderings and animations Sensivida was able to create a uniquely captivating series of images for use in fundraising for its projects.

In the rendering shown here, we can see the Sensivida Glucose Monitor that displays glucose level numbers. We can also see a micro-needle disc that projects from the glucose meter. The micro-needles on this disc detect glucose levels during testing. These needles are exceptionally thin and only penetrate to a level above the blood and nerve line of the skin- making the test both painless and bloodless. Quality vs Price?

When buying any product every consumer thinks about the price of that product. Is this price right? Am I paying to much for what I am getting? Am I am getting a good price? The same situation occurs when people are looking for 3D Visualization. 3D Rendering is a highly specialized art, and as with any art form a lot of people can’t discern the difference between high quality art/imagery and average.

We recently researched all of the architectural visualization businesses throughout the world that we could find. We limited our search to businesses that were reasonably easy to find using either online directories or a simple internet search. Admittedly these methods of searching could have left out a few businesses, but these days if you aren’t searchable on the internet then you just are not trying very hard! Anyway, the purpose of our research was simply to check out the quality of the images being created by our competitors.

The results were quite interesting. We found that there are a only select few companies in the world today that are producing really high quality work, and that there are also a lot of companies that create low quality work. As it turns out, the overwhelming majority of visualization businesses produce ordinary looking images! This made us think about how these companies are pricing their services. Is it possible these companies are charging prices that are similar to the companies that are producing genuinely high quality 3d visualizations like our company CGRendering.com?

Which leads us to my next question: Is it better to get a high quality image and pay a bit more, or to get an average image and pay less? Well, I think the answer lies in the results you want to achieve with your 3d imagery and your project in general. A high quality image simply looks better and appeals to more people. It instills confidence not only in the project, but in the brand as well. For a slightly higher price a stunning image can be created by a reputable studio with experienced and talented artists. The superior quality of this image will greatly outperform the results possible from an inferior studio. At the end of the day, the extra money spent on a high quality images will generate an increase in interest from potential buyers and others you are trying to reach. Also, high quality graphics and animations will greatly bolster the image of your company and its products and services, which is certain to lead to greater success and higher profits.

So my tip is to shop around a bit before committing to a 3d visualization firm. Compare the quality and prices that various firms have to offer. You can expect to pay a bit more for a much higher quality image, but make sure the price is within reason. There are a few visualization companies out there that certanly can produce great work…but their prices are astronomical! Wildfire Restaurant

Situated in Sydney’s Overseas Passenger Terminal, Wildfire is part of the rich history of Sydney’s old town. Wildfire opened in 2002, just after the terminal’s redevelopment for the 2000 Olympics. Built in 1960 to accommodate the surge in the international cruise ship industry, the terminal also houses the work of one of Australia’s official World War II artists, 1949 Archibald Prize winning Arthur Murch.

Complimenting its unsurpassable views of the majestic Harbour Bridge and the iconic Opera House, Wildfire presents a fine dining experience of culinary and service excellence.

We was hired to produce number of renderings for the Wildfire Restaurant renovation. Please see the results below.

Hull House

Around 3 years ago we had a project that client called Hull House.

Based on Wikipedia Hull House is a settlement house in the United States that was co-founded in 1889 by Jane Addams and Ellen Gates Starr. Located in the Near West Side of Chicago, Illinois, Hull House opened its doors to the recently arrived European immigrants. By 1911, Hull House had grown to 13 buildings. In 1912 the Hull House complex was completed with the addition of a summer camp, the Bowen Country Club. With its innovative social, educational, and artistic programs, Hull House became the standard bearer for the movement that had grown, by 1920, to almost 500 settlement houses nationally.

Client had an idea to present his ideas to History Channel so we created 2 renderings based on the old photography.
