This is just a model of the bathroom including furniture and some decor items.
Me personally very like this type of renders in all gray material. For me it looks like a toy:) from one hand you can see everything and from another you understand it almost made from the paper.

As usual we get very little information on the building itself
plus all the surroundings we got only site plan and google earth coordinates.
